Buffet was good and had great variety of options. Not many vegetarian options though apart from bread and croissants. Breakfast is served too early in my opinion (from 6am to 9am).

Milan is a beautiful city with a great variety of sightseeing options. The public transportation is excellent, and a subway train takes you to most of the city sights and you can buy a day pass to save money (multiple days are also available). We booked our tours in advance and did not have to wait in lines. It was difficult to book a tour to the Last Supper (Cenacolo), but easy to get a tour to the Duomo.

We really enjoyed the San Siro tour.
We really enjoyed the San Siro tour. Informative staff and interesting tour of changing rooms and pitch.
We visited the Duomo and walked around outside in Milan. We enjoyed shopping and ate some (expensive) gelato.
Very easy to get around via metro system. We bought 10 tickets on the app, each ticket lasts for 90 minutes and allows free travel.
We took the train from airport to Milan central, very easy to do.
Careful of expensive cafes in city centre.

SO disappointed in Milan!
SO disappointed in Milan! In Padua now and we wished we had allowed more time here instead of Milan. Friends had warned us, so our fault.
Milan Cathedral not a patch on the one in Padua! Did a day tour and went to see Last Supper Painting. Not impressed and we spent so much time and money doing it. We live and learn.I’m normally easy pleased. Very crowded!

Nice city but very busy in the central areas and main attractions. The metro was very good for getting around and tickets for trains were remarkably cheap. We stayed for a long weekend and this was more than enough time to see everything and we visited Lake Como on one of the days. Lots of lovely restaurants however we did struggle a little as my partner requires gluten free and not everywhere catered for this.

A wonderfully vibrant city with large parts of the central areas now fully pedestrianised. The Milan metro system is excellent and incredibly good value compared to London (singe ticket Euro 2.20 but cheaper if purchased in bulk). We had dinner in the Naviglio (canals) area which was excellent. So much history and art to see - a one and a half days stay really not long enough!
The property was very clean, the room was big and quiet and the beds were bery comfy. We had the breakfast included and it was a buffet one with both savoury and sweet options. I'm lactose intolerant and they had a soy-milk option, which is not to be taken for granted here in Italy!
The hotel has a very central location, a few minutes away from the city centre. It's also just few meters away from the subway, which made it easy to get there from the central train station in no time!
The staff was very friendly and polite.
it feels like a home not a hotel, even the breakfast room makes you feel like you’re having a family breakfast with the residents, which is a one of a kind experience. all the staff are friendly, and are helpful regarding trips in Italy. hotel is near the domo which is 20 mins walk. neighborhood is very safe and friendly. our room was great! the extra sofa bed is very roomy as well which is not expected. room has everything working well, heater and ac working perfectly. house keeping were great too.
The hotel is lovely and the workers there are very accessible and helpful. Many of the sights are easily walkable. and are also quite popular so reservations for tours should be planned for, and I didn’t get to see THE LAST SUPPER for lack of a reservation. The breakfast spread is excellent and the free drink each night is also a nice feature. I chose the Grand Duca diYork to pamper myself during my final 3 nights in Italy and i wasn’t disappointed!
We were grateful to have this comfortable and convenient hotel for the last two nights of our travels in Italy. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better for us. It is less than two blocks from Milano Centrale for the Metro to easily see the sights and explore the city, and the train to the airport on our way home. We got a good deal on Booking.com so it was very reasonable as well.
Good location for the price. First day we had breakfast we didn't like it so second day we had breakfast outside. Hotel is very close to metro station. Room size is small but I think it is the same most parts of big cities in Italy. The room temperature was very low, we called the reception and they increased the temperature for our room. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
Small Hotel close to the city centre. Just 400 Mts from Piazza del Duomo. Rooms were fine for two persons, in a modern, clean style. Staff was really nice and chose for us a beautiful room with a nice view of the inner courtyard.
It was really confortable for a quick visit to Milan downtown, do some shopping and visit Breda Gallery.
The breakfast spread was great, especially the breads/sweets and overall variety of food! The staff was friendly and efficient, answering our queries quickly. The location was fantastic, right near the center of all the main attractions and loads of restaurants. The room was a bit on the larger side for older hotels in Italy.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, making good recommendations of where to visit in the city. The room was perfect and size and exceeded my expectations considering the low cost of the apartHotel. If you want a place to stay in the city centre of Milan, this is perfect, great location with tram stop on the door step.
Clean apartment with more amenities than most rooms we rented in Italy. Small kitchen with hot pot was a big bonus! Great location for travel!!! Directly across the street from the main train station in Milan. Staff was helpful and friendly. This would have been an ideal spot to start our trip in Italy!
Such a wonderful experience for our last night in Italy! The host met us at the room and allowed us to drop off our luggage early so that we could catch out Milan tour and not have to find another storage solution. The beds were super comfortable, the best we had in Italy!
rooms where very clean staff very friendly breakfast was good a few blocks from Milano Centrale train station neighbor in general seem to be safe for a big city I can not comment on value since I do not have a lot experience comparing hotels in Italy as i would in the US
Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Design of the Hotel is beautiful and thought through with a very welcoming atmosphere. Great Breakfast options, as well as great connections to the city centre. Will 100% book again if I were to visit Milano once more. 😊
Modern and nice spacious room! Place is good near city centre about 20min and a few minutes from Milano centrale, breakfast was various and delisious (even just was a few hot meals and to compare with other Italy hotels).
Clean room, cosy and warm. Close enough to city centre (15-20 minutes by public transport).
The lift is tiny though, so be aware if you're travelling with many luggages (as every lift in old buildings in Italy).
It was a nice property, but shower is tiny and the room is not too big, it felt a little overpriced compared to all the other hotels we stayed during the trip to Italy.
stayed in this hotel many years ago. now the rooms are renovated, nice and clean. toilet is spacious comparing to other 3 star hotels in Italy, i liked very much.
A very classic hotel with a strong history in Milan. Located strategy near the city centre .Good hospitality from the staff and nice b'fast with good scenery .
